Modern Coastal Villa

This three-bedroom, two-bath golf villa was completely reimagined by Nikki Grace Designs through a full gut renovation. Our goal for this project was to create a space that feels modern and refined while still embracing the relaxed charm of coastal living.

Clean architectural lines, warm wood flooring, and layered lighting establish a fresh and contemporary foundation throughout the home. Soft coastal tones and thoughtfully selected finishes bring balance to the design, creating an atmosphere that feels both elevated and welcoming.

The open living and kitchen spaces were redesigned to feel bright and effortless, allowing the natural light and surrounding water views to become part of the experience of the home. A statement bar area, modern fixtures, and sleek cabinetry add personality while maintaining the clean aesthetic that carries throughout the villa.

Just beyond the interior, a large screened-in porch offers a stunning view of the water, creating an outdoor extension of the living space that is perfect for relaxing or entertaining.

The result is a thoughtfully redesigned villa that blends modern sophistication with coastal ease which is suited for everyday living or as a beautiful second-home retreat.
